I've spent the last few years deep in Kubernetes observability. Instrumenting Go, Python, and Node services with OpenTelemetry, building dashboards that actually catch failures, and pulling MTTR back down for teams scaling past 50 microservices.

I'm not a DevOps generalist. I fix one specific problem: the gap between your green dashboards and your broken customer experiences. The HTTP 200 that didn't actually work. The checkout that fails while every monitor stays green. The incident nobody saw coming because the thing that broke was business logic, not infrastructure.

Most of my work starts with a 3-Day Observability Audit: I trace your critical flows, map every blind spot by revenue risk, and hand back a 90-day roadmap prioritized by DORA impact. From there it's usually instrumentation, cutting a runaway telemetry bill, or an ongoing retainer.
